Come one, come all! Celebrate Staten Island in true Island style at Sara Valentine's Little Miss Big Mouth, the live, theatrical talk and variety show! "Staten Island: Alive in Wonderland," is a love-letter to New York City's "Forgotten Borough," a multi-media extravaganza spotlighting the unique culture of Richmond County and its residents. Sara Valentine's guest interviews include Jenny Tango, the grande dame of Staten Island painting: Deputy Borough President Ed Burke, champion of the Island's renewed tourism endeavors; Maureen Seaberg, a third-generation Islander and journalist recently featured in the documentary, "A Walk in Staten Island;" Save Staten Island, a film and yearbook project of the Very Nice People Society; and Sajda Musawwir Ladner, co-founder and artistic/executive director of Universal Temple of the Arts.
Musical guests include Trish and Christoph, performing a selection from their "Songs of the North Shore" with an accompanying slide show; Reggae legend Milton Henry and partner Sugar Hayes, who will present the world-premiere of her song, "Let's Join Together," written to honor the first elected female official on the African continent, Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf; and the Staten Island Pipers, local favorites and bagpipe heroes.
Special video segments with Mandolin Brothers and Vernon Reid.
Traditional Sri Lankan dance by The Sisters Wijesinghe.

By Car: The Center for the Arts is located within a few minutes’ drive from the Verrazano, Goethals, and Bayonne Bridges. Take I-278 (the Staten Island Expressway and exit at Victory Boulevard, proceed to campus parking lots 1 and 2. Parking is free.
By Mass Transit: The Center for the Arts is served by the S62, S61, S93, and S53 buses,
which are coordinated with the Staten Island Ferry schedule.
